League Format & Rules:

Game Length: 40 minutes (Two 20-minute halves)
Team Size: 5v5 action
Roster Limit: Up to 14 players per team
Season: 7 regular season games + 2 weeks of playoffs
Championship: Arena Bowl at the end of the season
